In this course you learn the preparation of gelatin in water and milk grabbing for the preparation of any gelatin.

It lasts 8 hours , this is 4 classes 2 hours each time normal or 2 classes of 4 hours each in intensive course. The start date of the course is open, and you choose the date to take the course individually personalized at no additional cost. The course is 100% practical , ie the students do all the recipes themselves.
