In this course you will learn the development of different types of menus applicable to banquets depeendiendo of the occasion. The course lasts 24 hours , this is 6 classes of 4 hours . The date of commencement of this course is open, and you choose the date to take the course individually personalized at no additional cost. Menus are a selection of our trainees. The course is 100% practical , ie, students carry out all procedures.
The course content includes developing 8 menus and 2 side dishes:
- 3 course Children's Menu (2 menus)
- 3 course menu (2 menus)
- Menu 4 times (2 menus)
- Grand Gala Menu (2 menus)
- Tornafiesta (2 dishes)

Course Fee is $ 3.000 (includes course and manual / recipe book of all practices)
